Beijing KNET Eqxiu Technology Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Eqxiu") is the legal owner and operator of Eqxiu Website, Eqxiu APP, and Teleprompter - AI Camera APP (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Eqxiu Products"). The Eqxiu User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a specification of the relevant rights and obligations concluded between Eqxiu users (hereinafter collectively referred to as "users" or "you") and Eqxiu regarding services. By accessing and/or using Eqxiu Products, users indicate their acceptance and agreement to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. As the operator of the Eqxiu Products, Eqxiu provides services to users in accordance with this Agreement. You have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this Agreement, especially those Sections that are underlined and in bold. Those who do not wish to accept the terms of this Agreement shall not access or use the Eqxiu Products.‌If you have any questions, please contact us via email at [vip@eqxiu.com].

Eqxiu has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement. Once the modified agreement is publicly announced, it shall effectively replace the original agreement. Users can access the latest agreement at any time.

Eqxiu provides free or paid services to users, and users have the right to make independent choices according to their own needs. If users obtained the membership and services on the Eqxiu Products, they must also agree to and comply with the relevant service agreements and rules.

I. Account Registration and Use

You guarantee that you are a natural person, legal person, or other organization with full civil rights capacity and civil conduct capacity as stipulated by law and are able to independently bear civil liability; and the content of this Agreement will not be prohibited by the laws of the country or region to which you belong.
You can choose whether to register for an account on Eqxiu.When you register, you should fill in your real information according to the requirements of the Eqxiu Products to complete the registration. It is not allowed to use a registration machine or other similar automated methods to register an account. And users agree that: (1) they will provide legal, real, accurate, and detailed personal information; (2) they will update the user information in a timely manner if there are any changes. If the registration information provided by the user are illegal, untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, the user shall bear corresponding liabilities and consequences arising from this, and Eqxiu reserves the right to terminate the user's use of various services of Eqxiu.If you are unwilling to accept or have any question in whole or in part, please do not use or do cease using Eqxiu Products immediately and you may contact us via the contact details as first written above.
Your login information is for your personal use only. Please do not share it with others to avoid unnecessary disputes.
You shall be responsible for your account, the content you create, and the related behaviors. If your operation behaviors violate, but are not limited to, the following situations: illegal, discriminatory, intimidating, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, rumor-mongering, false, exaggerated, vulgar, inducing, involving copyright, etc., and violate the regulations of relevant organizations (including administrative orders and relevant agreement clauses) ， copyright laws and regulations, all applicable laws, rules and regulations,commercial competition, and advertising promotion, as well as national conditions and customs, etc., you shall be responsible for the relevant behaviors and content and stop the actual behaviors; you shall take effective actions including apologizing, compensating, and bearing fines for the already caused impacts. Eqxiu shall not bear the relevant responsibilities caused by your behaviors, but Eqxiu has the right to formulate relevant rules and unilaterally take necessary measures to limit the impacts of your relevant behaviors and content.
You shall not upload or publish spam emails and text messages, or upload computer virus programs or malicious codes and other related content, information, or services, nor shall you maliciously attack the servers of "Eqxiu". In case of the above situations, Eqxiu will reserve the right to pursue your legal responsibilities.
You shall not verbally or in writing attack (including intimidating, retaliating, etc.)Eqxiu users, employees, partners, and other users of this product and service. In case of the above situations, Eqxiu has the right to terminate providing you with more service content. In case of serious circumstances, Eqxiu will reserve the right to pursue your legal responsibilities.
If there may be abnormal situations or risks in your account, Eqxiu has the right to re-verify your account and, according to the risk situation, take measures such as restricting login, suspending use, freezing the account, canceling the account, and other disposal measures stipulated in this Agreement.
If there is malicious use of your account traffic or the use obviously exceeds the normal situation, we have the right to directly close or suspend the service to you.
The maximum number of platforms and device terminals that the same Eqxiu account can log in to within 30 days is 5, and the same account cannot be logged in simultaneously on the same terminal. The platforms and device terminals include but are not limited to the Android version of the APP, the iOS version of the APP, the computer terminal, the mini-program terminal, the WAP terminal, etc. If you exceed the above usage restrictions and cause losses to you, you shall bear the losses on your own, and Eqxiu has the right to take measures such as restricting login, restricting use, freezing or sealing the user account, interrupting or terminating the service, etc. according to your situation of exceeding the usage.
The Eqxiu Products support the mainstream social media, browsers (WeChat, Weibo, Google Chrome, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, etc.), and mobile terminals in the market. For non-mainstream social media and mobile terminals, if there is a situation where the Eqxiu services cannot be used normally, Eqxiu shall not bear direct or indirect responsibilities for this. In addition, when you use the above carriers supported by Eqxiu, please comply with the usage specifications. If your content is controlled or restricted by third-party services, and causes losses to you, Eqxiu shall not bear the corresponding responsibilities.
During the period of the services provided in this Agreement, you should comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules. If Eqxiu suffers any losses or damages due to any of your acts that violate applicable laws and regulations or violate this Agreement, you should take all actions to exempt Eqxiu from liability and bear the liability for compensation for all the resulting losses and damages.
If you have any acts that violate applicable laws, regulations, and rules or violate this Agreement, Eqxiu has the right to decide to immediately suspend or terminate your use of this service according to the severity of the act. Eqxiu does not need to bear any responsibilities to you for the suspension or termination of the service, and does not need to return the fees you have paid.
When you are making and promoting works, you need to strictly implement applicable laws, regulations, and rules. If your act constitutes a violation of applicable laws, regulations, and rules, Eqxiu shall not bear the resulting consequences and legal responsibilities.

II. Service Content

Through its own product research and development and operation services, Eqxiu provides users with tools for creating web page products and tools for video shooting and editing.
Users must prepare the following equipment on their own and bear the following expenses:

(1) Internet access equipment, including but not limited to a computer or other Internet access terminals, a modem, and other Internet access devices;

(2) Internet access expenses, including but not limited to network access fees, Internet access equipment rental fees, mobile data fees, etc.

III. Payment-related Terms

"Eqxiu" provides both free and paid products and subscription service for your use. Eqxiu has the right to adjust or newly launch paid products, functions or subscription service and the related service fees according to market demand. All specific adjustments shall be subject to the announcements on the relevant pages of Eqxiu. You acknowledge and agree that the changes and adjustments of Eqxiu's paid items and subscription service or charging standards are normal business behaviors, and you shall not require Eqxiu to make compensation or indemnification due to the changes and adjustments of the charging items or charging standards.
Eqxiu has the right to partially or fully change the subscription service content (including but not limited to the details of subscription rights and interests, charging standards, etc.) according to the changes of laws, regulations and policies and its own operation strategies. For the aforementioned changes, it shall be subject to the display on the Eqxiu subscription service After the release, your continued operation behaviors (including but not limited to clicking to agree, or continuing to purchase, or completing the payment behavior, or continuing to use the subscription service, etc.) shall be deemed that you have accepted the aforementioned changes.
You have the right to freely choose whether to use the paid products, functions or services in "Eqxiu". Eqxiu will try its best but does not guarantee to confirm and remind you of each of your payment operations, including but not limited to the payment amount and service content.
Eqxiu may require you to provide a credit card or debit card issued by an issuer approved by Eqxiu and other third-party payment platforms to charge the corresponding fees for the services you purchase.
The service fees do not include the relevant fees incurred due to your use of "Eqxiu", access to the Internet or mobile network. You need to bear on your own the relevant fees paid to third parties, including network operators, for using the "Eqxiu" service, such as Internet access fees, mobile data fees, mobile SMS fees, etc.
Eqxiu will try its best but does not guarantee to provide perfect relevant content of the paid products, functions or services, and the provision methods include but are not limited to page reminders and customer service. You have the right to fully understand all product functions and service details through the above channels before choosing to purchase. Eqxiu will not bear the claims for refund or compensation raised by you due to your failure to fully understand the content of the paid products, functions or services.
You acknowledge and agree that the virtual currency of Eqxiu and the paid items purchased by you with legal tender cannot be refunded or exchanged for legal tender, except as otherwise provided by mandatory laws.
After you purchase the value-added services of Eqxiu (including but not limited to purchasing Xiudian, account upgrading, functional services, content materials‌, usage rights, third-party promotion materials‌, etc.), if you apply for a refund for subjective reasons (including but not limited to unwillingness to continue holding, issues not related to Eqxiu's products or services, etc.), a refund will not be possible, except as otherwise provided by mandatory laws.
You acknowledge and agree that if the virtual currency of Eqxiu and the paid items and subscription service you purchased are subject to refund, constitute an invalid civil act, result in restrictions on the use of various rights and interests of the account due to violations of the provisions of the Eqxiu User Service Agreement, or the country or area you are in, Eqxiu has the right to deduct the relevant rights and interests under the account, and has the right to suspend or seal the user account. If the rights and interests whose use is restricted as described above have been gifted to other users, whether you are the gifting user or the gifted user, you agree that Eqxiu may deduct the right to use such rights and interests from the gifted account.
You have the right to fully understand or evaluate the risks existing in using Eqxiu products, including but not limited to network problems, information security, copyright issues, and other abnormal product usage not caused by Eqxiu's services.
Eqxiu provides services based on existing technologies and makes every effort to maintain the normal operation of Eqxiu products. However, Eqxiu cannot foresee any technical problems or other difficulties at any time, and such difficulties may affect your use (including but not limited to production, promotion, etc.). You need to carefully consider the risks that may be brought by using the service provided by the Eqxiu operation platform. In case of a refund due to such problems, Eqxiu shall not bear any direct or indirect compensation liability.
Eqxiu provides links to other websites or resources. You may be linked to websites operated by other operators accordingly, but this does not mean that Eqxiu has any relationship with these operators. Eqxiu does not manage or supervise the above linked websites and their web page contents. For any damage or loss caused by the use or reliance on any content, item or service published on or obtained through any such website or resource, Eqxiu has the right to negotiate and handle it, but has no obligation to bear any direct or indirect compensation liability.
You have the right to fully understand the product usage and functional permissions given by Eqxiu and voluntarily choose to pay for the functions and services you need according to your own needs. If due to your own reasons (including but not limited to failure to carefully read the relevant service agreements, review rules, account permissions, etc.) you fail to fully understand the services provided by Eqxiu, and after purchasing the services, you do not achieve the expected results (including but not limited to consumable services, data services, promotion services, etc.) and file a refund request, as well as for the related damages or for understanding or evaluating the risks existing in using Eqxiu products, including but not limited to network problems, information security, copyright issues, and other abnormal product usage not caused by Eqxiu's services, Eqxiu shall not bear any direct or indirect compensation liability.
The payments you make on Eqxiu may be used to pay for the fees of certain third-party copyrights and services. In case of disputes arising during the use by third parties, Eqxiu has the right to negotiate and handle it, but has no obligation to bear any direct or indirect compensation liability.
In any case, Eqxiu shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, accidental, special or penal damages (including but not limited to the losses you suffer due to the use of Eqxiu services and the losses caused to others).
The total amount of all liabilities that Eqxiu bears to you, regardless of the reason (based on the applicable laws, regulations, and rules) or the manner of any act, shall not exceed the fees you have paid to Eqxiu for using Eqxiu services during the service period.
Eqxiu will try its best to provide feasible solutions to the problems you encounter during the use of paid products, functions and services and finally solve your problems. If the abnormal use is not caused by the problems of Eqxiu's products, functions and services, Eqxiu shall not bear any direct or indirect compensation liability.
Eqxiu provides paid promotion services operated by third parties. You have the right to fully understand the service content of the third-party promotion products (including but not limited to service pricing, review rules, promotion effects, etc.). If the claim for refund or compensation (including but not limited to poor promotion effects, fee issues, etc.) is not caused by the problems of the products themselves, Eqxiu shall not bear any direct or indirect compensation liability.

IV. Provision, Modification and Termination of Services

When users accept various services provided by Eqxiu, they agree to accept various information services provided by Eqxiu. Users hereby authorize Eqxiu to send commercial information to their email addresses, mobile phones, communication addresses, etc.
Eqxiu reserves the right to modify or interrupt the services at any time. Eqxiu has the right to exercise the right to modify or interrupt the services and shall not be liable to users or any third parties having no direct relationship.
If users have objections to the modification of this agreement or are dissatisfied with Eqxiu's services, they may exercise the following rights:

(1) Stop using Eqxiu products and cancel the user account;

Instruct Eqxiu to stop providing services to them through channels such as customer service. After the service is terminated, the user's right to use Eqxiu services shall be terminated immediately. In such a case, Eqxiu has no obligation to transmit any unprocessed information or incomplete services to the user or any third parties having no direct relationship.

Eqxiu may immediately terminate or suspend all or part of your account service functions at any time without prior notice. The reasons for such service termination include but are not limited to the following:

(1) Violation of this service agreement;

(2) Requirement to comply with a court subpoena, legal order or follow legal procedures;

(3) Problems caused by sudden natural disasters;

(4) War, military operations, riots or armed rebellions;

(5) Your failure to pay the fees related to the required paid services;

(6) Situations where services cannot be provided due to force majeure;

(7) If you provide works without independent intellectual property rights or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, and the circumstances are serious, Eqxiu will terminate the service agreement with you, and you shall bear the resulting legal liabilities;

(8) If the content of your projects violates laws and regulations, we will terminate the service agreement with you, and you shall bear the resulting legal liabilities;

Using Eqxiu services to carry out illegal and irregular activities or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties.

If a user has not logged in to Eqxiu products for 36 consecutive months, it shall be deemed that the user has terminated the use of Eqxiu services. Eqxiu will cancel the accounts of such users to ensure the personal information security and property security of users. The user voluntarily agrees to give up all the additional rights and interests attached to the account.
After the service is terminated, Eqxiu will take down all the information or works uploaded or published by the user. You and other users will no longer be able to view your projects, and all the data and related information (including but not limited to materials, works, files, etc.) stored by you on Eqxiu will be deleted. Eqxiu will provide users with a free extended storage period of 3 months after the service is terminated. If users need to restore the data and related information, they must contact the Eqxiu customer service for handling within 3 months after the service is terminated. After 3 months, all the data and related information (including but not limited to materials, works, files, etc.) stored by you on Eqxiu will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored, and the resulting losses (including but not limited to data and file loss, etc.) shall be borne by the users themselves.

V. Confidentiality of User Information

The user information of Eqxiu referred to in this agreement means the information that complies with laws, regulations and relevant provisions, and falls within the following scope:

(1) The personal information provided by the user to Eqxiu when registering for Eqxiu or applying for the qualifications of Eqxiu Designers or Traffic Influencers;

(2) The data of the user's browser terminal or mobile client that Eqxiu automatically receives and records when the user uses Eqxiu products, including but not limited to the IP address, the information in website Cookies, and the web page records requested by the user;

(3) The user's personal information lawfully obtained by Eqxiu from its business partners;

Other user's personal information obtained by Eqxiu through legal channels.

Eqxiu undertakes that, without legal reasons or the prior permission of the user, Eqxiu will not disclose the user's non-public information such as the password, name, mobile phone number, etc. to any third party.
Under the following legal circumstances, part or all of the user's personal information will be disclosed:

(1) Disclosing to the user himself/herself or other third parties with the user's consent;

(2) Disclosing to administrative, judicial institutions or other third parties as required by laws, regulations and other relevant provisions, or by administrative institutions;

(3) Other disclosures made by Eqxiu in accordance with laws, regulations and other relevant provisions.

VI. User Rights

User's Username, Password and Security

(1) Users have the right to choose whether to purchase the Eqxiu subscription service. If a user purchases the Eqxiu subscription service, they can create and modify their nickname by themselves. The naming and use of usernames and nicknames should comply with relevant laws and regulations and conform to network ethics. Usernames and nicknames shall not contain any words that insult, threaten, are pornographic, abusive, etc., and that infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others, nor shall they contain the relevant words of Eqxiu, which may cause other users to mistakenly identify the user as an official of Eqxiu. When you obtain the Eqxiu subscription service, you should abide by laws and regulations and the provisions of this agreement, and not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties or Eqxiu. You shall not (either by yourself or by assisting others) obtain subscription service through the following means: (1) Through any automatic programs, scripts, software, etc., such as robot software and crawler software; (2) By transferring, gifting, borrowing, renting, selling, or transferring subscription service without the permission of Eqxiu; (3) By means of improper methods or in violation of the principle of good faith (such as taking advantage of rule loopholes, system loopholes, abusing the member status, engaging in the black industry, speculation, etc.); (4) By taking advantage of or undermining the rules of the Eqxiu subscription service. Eqxiu hereby declares that any act of selling or transferring the Eqxiu subscription service qualifications without the express authorization of Eqxiu is an illegal sale and illegal transfer, and Eqxiu has the right to pursue its legal liability.

(2) Once a user successfully registers and becomes a user of Eqxiu, a unique matching ID number will be bound. At the same time, the user will obtain a username (user's email/mobile phone number/other third-party authorization) and a password, and shall be responsible for all activities and events that occur after logging into the system with this set of username and password, and shall bear all direct or indirect legal liabilities arising from the words and deeds of using this username.

(3) Users have the obligation to properly keep their Eqxiu usernames and passwords, and shall be fully responsible for the security of their usernames and passwords. Any legal consequences caused by the leakage of the username or password due to the user's reasons shall be borne by the user himself/herself.

If a user loses their password, they can reset the password in the Eqxiu product. Users who register with a mobile phone number can retrieve the original password using their mobile phone number. If a user discovers any illegal use of the username or other security vulnerabilities, they should immediately notify Eqxiu.

After registering and logging in, users have the right to publish objective, true and legal information and works on the platform; purchase corresponding services; apply to become a Eqxiu Designer or a Traffic Influencer according to their personal wishes; and publish templates to obtain benefits, etc.
After registering and logging in, users have the right to add their personal information by themselves.
Users have the right to modify all modifiable information in their personal accounts, choose their own nicknames, and enter introductory texts, and decide for themselves whether to provide the content of non-mandatory items.
Users have the right to participate in the Eqxiu forum and publish articles and opinions that comply with National Laws and regulations and the rules of Eqxiu.
Users have the right to participate in various online and offline activities organized and provided by Eqxiu.
Users have the right to download and install the Eqxiu mobile client and use its functions.
Users have the right to enjoy various services provided by Eqxiu in accordance with the regulations of Eqxiu products.
Users have the right to choose whether to consume the paid functions or services of the product, and have the obligation to understand the applicable scope of the relevant paid functions in advance.

VII. User Management

When using Eqxiu services, users should speak civilly and respect the personal rights of other users, such as the right to personality and the right to identity, in accordance with the law, and jointly create a harmonious, civilized and polite online social environment.
Users shall not use Eqxiu services to engage in acts that endanger national security or leak state secrets, nor shall they infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of the state, society, collectives and citizens. Users shall not use this website to create, reproduce and disseminate the following information:

(1) Inciting resistance and sabotage of the implementation of the applicable laws, regulations, and rules;

(2) Inciting subversion of state power ;

(3) Inciting the division of the country and undermining national unity;

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred and ethnic discrimination and undermining ethnic unity;

(5) Fabricating or distorting facts, spreading rumors and disrupting social order;

(6) Propagating feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terror, and instigating crimes;

(7) Publicly insulting others, fabricating facts to slander others, or carrying out other malicious attacks;

(8) Damaging the reputation of state organs;

Other acts in violation of the applicable laws, regulations, and rules.

Users shall not maliciously register Eqxiu accounts by any means, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts for purposes such as fraud, pyramid schemes, cash withdrawals, winning prizes, etc. Users shall also not compromise others' accounts. If a user violates the above provisions, Eqxiu has the right to directly take all necessary measures, including but not limited to closing or deleting the content published by the user, suspending or blocking the user's account, canceling the benefits obtained due to violations, and even pursuing the user's legal liability through litigation.
Users need to ensure the objectivity and authenticity of the published content, and shall not use their Eqxiu user identity to engage in any acts that violate good faith, including but not limited to: publishing irrelevant third-party advertisements; publishing malicious remarks that slander Eqxiu; participating in or organizing the writing and publishing of false reviews for the purpose of obtaining benefits or advantages; threatening with negative reviews to demand additional benefits or advantages from Eqxiu Designers; and engaging in other violations that affect the authenticity and objectivity of Eqxiu product content and disrupt the normal order of Eqxiu products. If a user violates the above provisions, Eqxiu has the right to take all necessary measures, including but not limited to: closing or deleting the content published by the user, suspending or blocking the user's account, canceling the benefits obtained due to violations, and even pursuing the user's legal liability through litigation.
It is prohibited for users to use Eqxiu in any form as a place, platform or medium for engaging in various illegal activities. Without the authorization or permission of Eqxiu, users shall not use the name of this website to engage in any commercial activities, nor shall they use Eqxiu in any form as a place, platform or medium for commercial activities. If a user violates the above provisions, Eqxiu has the right to directly take all necessary measures, including but not limited to closing or deleting the content published by the user, suspending or blocking the user's account, canceling the benefits obtained due to violations, and even pursuing the user's legal liability through litigation.
All information/works published by users in various forms on Eqxiu products shall comply with relevant national laws, regulations and other provisions as well as the relevant provisions of Eqxiu products, conform to public order and good customs, and shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third-party subject. Otherwise, the user shall bear all legal consequences arising therefrom, and Eqxiu also has the right to recover from the user for any losses suffered thereby.

VIII. Advertisements

The user understands and agrees that during the process of using the products or services of Eqxiu, Eqxiu may display the commercial advertisements or information (including commercial and non-commercial information) of third-party suppliers and partners in the user's works.
If the user does not wish to have commercial advertisements or information displayed in their works, the user may pay to turn off the service for displaying commercial advertisements or information.
Eqxiu shall fulfill its obligations related to advertisements in accordance with laws and regulations. The user shall judge the authenticity and reliability of the advertisements by themselves and be responsible for their judgment behavior. Except as explicitly provided by laws and regulations, if the user makes purchases or transactions due to the advertisements, or suffers any damages or losses as a result of the aforementioned content, the user shall bear such consequences by themselves, and Eqxiu shall not be liable for them.

IX. Intellectual Property Rights and Other Rights

For the purposes of providing, optimizing, and promoting this service, and to enable your work to be better shared and promoted, and to enhance its dissemination value and influence, the user agrees that Eqxiu shall have the right to use, free of charge, permanently, irrevocably, without liability, and non-exclusively, in any form and on any medium worldwide, any content (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, and other forms of content) that the user publishes on the Eqxiu website or the Eqxiu APP. Such rights include but are not limited to the rights to collect, use, modify, store, manage, copy, distribute, exhibit, adapt, compile, publish, translate, disseminate through information networks, create derivative works, and other rights as stipulated. To avoid any doubt, you understand and agree that the rights granted above include the rights and permissions to use, copy, and display your personal image, portrait, name, trademark, service mark, brand, name, logo, and company logo (if any) that you own or are licensed to use and embed in the content, as well as any other brand, marketing, or promotional materials, and resources. Eqxiu will make its best efforts to use the user's content within a reasonable scope and will not change your ownership of the user content and its intellectual property rights, nor will it affect any of your legitimate uses of the user content.
Eqxiu owns the copyright or legal authorization of the content and resources of the Eqxiu products, which are protected by national intellectual property laws, and has the right to modify various agreements and statements of the Eqxiu products. Without the explicit written permission of Eqxiu, no third party shall obtain or use any part of the Eqxiu products or any content, service, or material that can be directly or indirectly obtained through the Eqxiu products for any non-private or commercial purposes. If any third party violates the provisions of this agreement by publishing, copying, reprinting, modifying, quoting, linking, downloading, or using in any other way any part of the Eqxiu products, or by providing any other third party with access to any content of the Eqxiu products, the right to use the Eqxiu products will be terminated immediately, and the third party must, in accordance with the requirements of our company, return or destroy any copies of the materials created by using any part of the content of the Eqxiu products.
The text, software, sound, photos, videos, charts, etc. provided by Eqxiu that are not uploaded/provided by users all belong to Eqxiu and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other property ownership laws. Therefore, users can only use such content under the authorization of Eqxiu. Eqxiu has not transferred any rights or ownership related to the Eqxiu products or any of the content therein to any third party, and all rights not explicitly granted to any third party shall remain with Eqxiu. Unauthorized use of any content, service, or material of the Eqxiu products without the explicit permission of this agreement constitutes a breach of this agreement and may violate copyright, trademark, patent, and/or other laws and regulations. Eqxiu reserves the right to file a legal lawsuit against any third party (including entities or individuals, etc.) that violates the provisions of this agreement.
The copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights of the services and products provided by Eqxiu (including but not limited to the appearance, design, materials, code, etc.) all belong to Eqxiu. You shall not copy or reuse any code or any visual design, nor shall you conduct reverse engineering, decompile, or make other modifications to the Eqxiu products.
You understand that Eqxiu is not responsible or liable in any way for any content provided by others, and Eqxiu regards you as the copyright owner or the legal authorized person of the content uploaded or published on the Eqxiu products. However, if Eqxiu receives copyright-related questions or challenges regarding your work from copyright operation institutions, including but not limited to other users of "Eqxiu" and other enterprises, Eqxiu has the right to manage the work you have published, including but not limited to closing it, canceling its display, and terminating the service.
Eqxiu has no obligation to pre-examine the content of the work you publish. However, Eqxiu has the right to decide at any time whether to check if the work content complies with this agreement; if it is found that the content of your work violates the production requirements of the Eqxiu products, Eqxiu may, at any time and in its absolute discretion, pre-examine, transfer, reject, modify, and delete the content without prior notice.
If the content you create leaves the Eqxiu server and enters a third-party service, it is your individual behavior, and Eqxiu has no obligation to bear any consequences resulting from your actions.
If the content of the work you publish on Eqxiu website or Eqxiu APP or Teleprompter - AI Camera APP leads to any claim made by a third party or any resulting damage or loss due to its upload or publication on the Eqxiu products, you shall be fully responsible for compensating Eqxiu and its branches, affiliated companies, agents, or other partners and employees and shall indemnify them against any harm.
If you purchase a project provided by a third party on Eqxiu, and it infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others or is a project that violates laws and regulations and you are held liable, you may hold the third-party author of the corresponding project accountable and claim compensation from them, and Eqxiu shall not bear the corresponding legal liability.

X. Modification of Service Terms

Our company may, at its own discretion, modify and update this agreement at any time. All changes to this agreement shall become legally effective once they are published and shall apply to all access to and use of Eqxiu products after the publication of such changes. If a user continues to use Eqxiu products after the modified agreement is published, it shall be deemed that the user has accepted and agreed to these changes. Users should regularly check for updates to this agreement to be aware of any changes to this agreement that are binding on them.

XI. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability Exemption

As an "Internet service provider", Eqxiu does not guarantee that the information and services on the Eqxiu products will fully meet the users' needs. When using the various services provided by Eqxiu, users are clearly aware of the following:

(1) Regarding errors, insults, slander, omissions, obscenity, pornography, or blasphemy that users may encounter during the process of receiving Eqxiu's services, Eqxiu will make every effort to avoid them but shall not bear legal liability for them;

(2) When purchasing paid services, users have already fully understood the service content and details through various channels. Eqxiu will not be responsible for any refund or compensation matters arising from users' insufficient understanding of the service functions or content, or the failure to achieve the users' expected results;

(3) After purchasing paid services, users will not be able to obtain a refund for refund requests due to subjective reasons, except as otherwise provided by mandatory laws;

Users have fully understood or evaluated the risks associated with using Eqxiu's services, including but not limited to network problems, information security, copyright issues, and other service abnormalities caused by reasons other than Eqxiu.

Due to the unique characteristics of the Internet, Eqxiu does not guarantee that the services will not be interrupted, nor does it make any warranties regarding the timeliness or security of the services, and it will not bear liability for reasons not caused by Eqxiu. Eqxiu endeavors to enable users to access and use Eqxiu products safely, but Eqxiu does not represent or warrant that the Eqxiu products or its servers are free from viruses or other potential harmful factors; therefore, users should use industry-recognized software to scan and remove any viruses in files downloaded from Eqxiu.
Since the usage effect of Internet services depends on the services provided by different entities, Eqxiu is not responsible for the failure of saving, modifying, deleting, or storing the information published by users. Eqxiu is not liable for any typesetting errors, oversights, etc. that may occur on the Eqxiu products.
Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Eqxiu, Eqxiu does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or reliability of any content information (including but not limited to materials, scenarios, templates, etc.) obtained by users in any way (including but not limited to inclusion, through, connection, or download) from the Eqxiu products; Eqxiu is not responsible for any products, services, information, or materials purchased or obtained by users based on the content information on the Eqxiu products. Users shall bear the risks resulting from using the information content of the Eqxiu products by themselves.
All the information or works published by users on Eqxiu only represent the personal views of the users and do not indicate that Eqxiu endorses their views or confirms their descriptions. Eqxiu shall not bear any legal liability arising from users' information.
Eqxiu has the right to delete all kinds of information on the site that does not comply with laws or the agreement, and reserves the right not to notify the users.
All notifications sent to users by Eqxiu will be delivered through formal page announcements, internal messages, emails, customer service hotlines, text messages, or regular letters. Eqxiu shall not bear legal liability for any lottery-winning, preferential, or other activities or information obtained by users through non-official channels of Eqxiu.
As the platform operator, Eqxiu has made every effort to provide users with high-quality services. Some of the services on the platform are provided by Eqxiu's affiliated companies or third-party operators. When using such services, users need to pay special attention to the content of the page prompts. After users purchase such paid services, any requests for refund or compensation on the grounds that the service provider is not Eqxiu will not be accepted by Eqxiu or the corresponding service provider. At the same time, disputes arising from such services need to be resolved by users and the affiliated companies or third-party operators on their own, and Eqxiu shall not bear any compensation or indemnification liability.
You understand that Eqxiu uses third-party operators and network providers to provide the necessary hardware, software, storage, or network to operate the Eqxiu services. Eqxiu is not responsible for operational problems (such as service interruptions, pauses, suspensions, etc.) caused by third parties or reasons beyond Eqxiu's control (such as force majeure).

XII. Force Majeure Clause

Eqxiu Company shall not be liable for any losses caused by force majeure. Force majeure as referred to in these service terms includes: natural disasters, changes in laws, regulations or government orders, reasons specific to the characteristics of network services, such as failures of basic telecommunications operators at home and abroad, technical defects related to computers or the Internet, limitations of Internet coverage, computer viruses, hacker attacks and other factors, as well as other objective situations that cannot be foreseen, avoided and overcome within the scope permitted by law.

XIII. Infringement Complaints

If any third party believes that a user has infringed upon their civil rights and interests or committed an infringing act through the Eqxiu platform, including but not limited to insults, slander, etc., the infringed party has the right to notify Eqxiu in writing to take necessary measures such as deletion, blocking, and disconnection of links.
If any third party believes that the works, performances, audio-visual recordings involved in Eqxiu have infringed upon their right to network dissemination of information or that their electronic rights management information has been deleted or altered, they may submit a written notice to Eqxiu, requesting Eqxiu to delete the infringing work or disconnect the link. The notice shall contain the following information:

(1) The name (title), contact information, and address of the right holder;

(2) The name and network address of the infringing work, performance, or audio-visual recording for which deletion or disconnection of the link is requested;

(3) Preliminary materials proving the infringement.

The right holder shall be responsible for the authenticity of the notice.If any third party (including but not limited to enterprises, companies, entities, or individuals, etc.) believes that any information published by a Eqxiu user has infringed upon their legitimate rights and interests, including but not limited to the above two points, and has sufficient laws, regulations, and evidence to prove it, they may notify Eqxiu through the following contact information:

An infringement complaint must contain the following information:

(1) The proof materials and ownership documents of the infringed party, or the original link of the infringed work and other proof materials.

(2) The specific link of the infringing information or work on the Eqxiu products.

(3) The contact information of the infringement complainant, so that the relevant department of Eqxiu can reply to your complaint in a timely manner. It is preferably to include an email address, telephone number, or mobile phone number, etc.

(4) The complaint content must include the following statement: "In good faith, I have evidence to believe that this object has infringed upon my or others' legitimate rights and interests. I promise that all the information in the complaint is true and accurate, otherwise I am willing to bear all the consequences."

Sign the complaint personally and indicate the date. If you are complaining on behalf of others, you must present a power of attorney signed by the authorizing person.

Eqxiu recommends that users consult a legal advisor or lawyer before filing a complaint. At the same time, it is solemnly reminded that if the infringement complaint is false, the user may bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.

XIV. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or other matters arising from or in connection with the user's use of the Yiqixiu product services shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
In case of a dispute between the user and Yiqixiu, the two parties shall first attempt to resolve it through negotiation in good faith. If the negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration, and the case shall be heard by three arbitrators. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

XV. Special Reminders for Teenage Users

The products, websites and services of Eqxiu are mainly targeted at adults. Minors shall not create their own user accounts without the consent of their parents or guardians. If you are a minor, it is recommended that you use the services of Yiqixiu or provide information to Eqxiu only after obtaining the consent of your parents or guardians.

XVI. Privacy Policy

By using this service, you consent to the legal collection and use by Eqxiu of technical or diagnostic information about you and your use of this service. The information collected will be used for the improvement of Eqxiu products and services and to enhance the quality of our services.
Eqxiu will not share or sell your information and content to other organizations, except in the following circumstances:

(1) You consent to allowing a third party to share the data;

(2) Personal information that you have voluntarily made public to the general public;

(3) Information related to national security and national defense security;

(4) Information related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

(5) Information related to judicial or administrative law enforcement such as criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and enforcement of judgments;

(6) In cases where it is necessary to safeguard your or other individuals' major legitimate rights and interests such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual concerned;

(7) Other circumstances as provided by laws and regulations.

XVII. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be considered severable and shall not affect the legal validity of any other provision.

XVIII. Conflict Resolution

This Agreement is an important legal document between Eqxiu and users when users register as Eqxiu users and use Eqxiu's services. In the event of any inconsistency between any other written or oral expression of intention by Eqxiu or the user and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.

XIX. Regarding Search Engines

Eqxiu requires all search engines to comply with industry standards. Otherwise, your crawling behavior will be regarded as an infringement of Eqxiu's property rights and intellectual property rights of its products, and Eqxiu has the right to safeguard its interests through legal proceedings.

XX. Language

This Agreement is prepared and drafted in English, but may be translated into other languages. Should any conflict arise between the English language version of this Agreement and any translation hereof, the English language version shall be controlling.
