This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Eqxiu regarding your use of Eqxiu subscription services (including but not limited to "Personal Edition," "Professional Edition," "Flagship Edition," "Marketing Diamond Edition," "Marketing Supreme Edition," "Large Enterprise Edition," "Large Enterprise Plus Edition," "Government Edition," and "Government Plus Edition") (hereinafter referred to as "the Services"). It holds equal legal force for both parties. We aim to present the full content of this agreement in plain and understandable language and encourage you to take time to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
We strongly advise you to carefully review the entire content of this agreement, particularly the bolded clauses that may materially impact your rights and interests (including provisions related to Eqxiu’s liabilities, your entitlements, dispute resolution mechanisms, and jurisdictional rules). Please prioritize reading these sections. If you believe that any bolded clause in this agreement could harm part or all of your rights or interests, you must thoroughly re-read it. Only proceed to use Eqxiu subscription services after confirming that you fully understand and accept the bolded terms.
If you do not agree to any or all terms of this agreement, please refrain from proceeding with confirmatory actions (including but not limited to payment, completing subscription without raising objections to Eqxiu regarding this agreement) or using Eqxiu subscription services. By taking such confirmatory actions or using the services, you acknowledge that a contractual relationship has been established with Eqxiu, and you voluntarily accept and agree to comply with all provisions herein.
Eqxiu reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement. Once amendments occur, Eqxiu will notify users through appropriate channels such as platform pages, in-site messages, SMS, or other reasonable methods. Users must review the updated content carefully. If a user disagrees with the modified terms, they may opt to terminate their subscription services. Continued use of subscription services after the revision constitutes explicit acceptance of all updated terms.
This agreement is deemed as a supplementary agreement to the <Terms of Service>. (link:https://help.eqxiu.com/doc/3255/) In the event of any changes to the linked address, the content associated with the updated link shall prevail. This applies to any other instances of link address modifications. This supplementary agreement is an integral part, and together, they constitute a unified whole.If you are a minor, please read this agreement under the supervision and guidance of your legal guardian before deciding whether to agree to it.

Ⅰ Service Description
- 【Eqxiu Subscription】 refers to a natural person, legal entity, or other organization that has completed all registration procedures and, under compliance with this agreement, enjoys exclusive subscription services provided by Eqxiu during the validity period of their subscription.
- 【Eqxiu Subscription Services】 are exclusive benefits provided by Eqxiu, including but not limited to "Personal Edition,"(Basic Edition/APP Edition/VIP/SVIP/Poster VIP/Design Personal Edition) "Professional Edition,"(Enterprise Professional Edition/Design Professional Edition/Marketing Professional Edition) "Flagship Edition,"(Enterprise Flagship Edition/Marketing Flagship Edition/Marketing Flagship Plus Edition) "Marketing Diamond Edition," "Marketing Supreme Edition," "Large Enterprise Edition," "Large Enterprise Plus Edition," "Government Edition," and "Government Plus Edition", Specific benefits are subject to the details displayed on relevant product pages.
- 【Eqxiu Subscription Service Agreement】 serves as a supplement to the <Terms of Service>. (link:https://help.eqxiu.com/doc/3255/) and the Eqxiu Privacy Policy. It is an inseparable part of these documents and holds equivalent legal validity. In case of any conflict between this agreement and the aforementioned agreements, this agreement shall prevail.
II. Use of Services
- Accessing Services
1.1 Eqxiu Subscription Services are paid services, and you must purchase them by paying the applicable fees.
1.2 When accessing Eqxiu Subscription Services, you shall comply with laws, regulations, and this agreement, and shall not infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of third parties or Eqxiu. You must not obtain subscription services through any of the following means (or assist others in doing so):
(1) Using automated programs, scripts, bots, web crawlers, or similar software;
(2) Transferring, gifting, lending, renting, selling, or assigning membership services without Eqxiu’s authorization;
(3) Employing unfair means or violating principles of good faith (e.g., exploiting loopholes in rules or systems, abusing subscription privileges, engaging in black-market activities, or speculation);
(4) Exploiting or undermining Eqxiu Subscription Services rules.
Eqxiu hereby declares: Any unauthorized sale or transfer of Eqxiu subscription qualifications constitutes illegal activity, and Eqxiu reserves the right to pursue legal action against such activities.
- Basic Principles of Service Use
2.1 While using Eqxiu Subscription Services, you must comply with laws, regulations, and other normative documents, including but not limited to the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China, Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China, and Regulations on the Protection of Information Network Dissemination Rights. You must uphold public order, respect social ethics, refrain from compromising cybersecurity, and must not use the services to engage in activities that:
- Endanger national security, honor, or interests;
- Incite subversion of state power or overthrow of the socialist system;
- Promote secession, undermine national unity;
- Propagate terrorism, extremism, ethnic hatred, or discrimination;
- Spread violence, obscenity, or pornography;
- Fabricate or disseminate false information to disrupt economic or social order;
- Infringe upon others’ reputation, privacy, intellectual property, or other lawful rights.
Eqxiu reserves the right to terminate your access to subscription services at any time without prior notice if it reasonably believes you have violated these principles.
2.2 Eqxiu grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and time-limited license to use the subscription services.
- Changes to Service Content
Eqxiu reserves the right to modify all or part of the subscription service content (including but not limited to subscription benefits, fees, etc.) based on changes to laws, regulations, policies, or its operational strategies. Such changes will be reflected on Eqxiu Subscription Services pages. Your continued use of the services (including but not limited to clicking "Agree," purchasing, completing payment, or accessing subscription services) shall be deemed as your acceptance of such changes.
III. Your Account
- Account Acquisition
During the validity period of your subscription services, the Eqxiu account associated with your subscription benefits shall be deemed your Eqxiu Subscription Account (i.e., the account bound to your subscription services, hereinafter also referred to as the "Subscription Account"). Eqxiu kindly reminds you to use your Subscription Account in compliance with Eqxiu’s account usage rules.
- Login
You can choose to log into your Eqxiu Account to access Eqxiu Subscription Services.
- Account Management and Security
3.1 You are solely responsible for safeguarding, using, and maintaining your account and password. You must implement necessary and effective security measures to protect them. Eqxiu shall not be liable for any losses arising from loss, leakage, tampering, theft, or improper management of your account or password, except in cases of statutory fault attributable to Eqxiu.
3.2 If you discover unauthorized use of your account or other abnormalities preventing normal login, you may contact Eqxiu’s customer service for account recovery. During this process, Eqxiu may request verification information and/or documentation. Ensure all provided details are accurate; otherwise, recovery may fail.
3.3 To protect account security and prevent unauthorized access, Eqxiu may periodically verify the identity of account users (e.g., via SMS verification). If verification fails, Eqxiu reserves the right to suspend subscription services and/or take further action if it reasonably suspects account compromise.
3.4 Important Notice: Activities conducted under your account shall be deemed as your own actions. You are fully responsible for all activities performed through your account.
- Information Inquiry
You may log into Eqxiu to freely view your account details, including active subscription services, service duration, transaction records, and more.
- Login Restrictions
A single Eqxiu account may be logged into a maximum of 5 platforms or devices within 30 days, and simultaneous logins on the same platform/device are prohibited. Platforms and devices include but are not limited to Android APP/iOS APP/Desktop/Mini Program and WAP.Exceeding these limits may result in losses, for which you are solely responsible. Eqxiu reserves the right to impose restrictions, freeze accounts, or terminate services for violations.
- Account Independence
Your account is for your personal use only. Unless authorized by Eqxiu, subscription benefits cannot be transferred, migrated, sold, gifted, rented, or shared between accounts—even if those accounts are owned by the same individual. Eqxiu kindly advises you to verify account details during purchase to avoid unnecessary losses.
- Ownership Rights
The Eqxiu account, membership services, and related products/services, including intellectual property rights, are owned by Eqxiu or licensed for use. You are granted a limited right to use these products/services. Excluded from this are personal property rights lawfully obtained under your account.
IV. Subscription Benefits and Additional Payments
1. Subscription Benefits
Eqxiu Subscription benefits are detailed on the platform’s pages or as actually provided by Eqxiu. In the event of discrepancies between the benefit names in this agreement and the platform’s descriptions, your actual benefits remain unaffected. Note that subscription types vary, and benefits may differ. Eqxiu reserves the right to modify benefits based on legal, policy, or operational changes.
2. Device and System Differences
Specific benefits or services may vary depending on your software version, device, operating system, etc. You acknowledge and accept such differences and waive any claims against Eqxiu for related inconveniences. To resolve issues, consider upgrading software/OS or changing devices.
3. Advertisements
3.1 While using subscription services, you may encounter commercial ads or promotional content (e.g., end-page ads, traffic ads).
3.2 You agree that Eqxiu may send promotional or commercial messages via in-platform notifications, SMS, announcements, or other means.
3.3 The "ad-free" benefit refers only to the automatic reduction or removal of certain ads.
4. Additional Payments
Services requiring extra fees will be clearly marked. Review prompts carefully before purchasing. No refunds or compensation will be provided for unused services. Eqxiu may later offer paid content for free based on operational needs.
5. Virtual Products
You may receive virtual products (e.g., coupons) through subscription services. These are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-transferable. Eqxiu may update their usage rules (e.g., validity periods) at its discretion.
6. Participation in Activities
During your subscription term, you may join Eqxiu-organized activities and enjoy exclusive offers. Specific rules and benefits are determined by Eqxiu.
7. Usage Guidelines
When accessing or using subscription services (including activities), comply with Eqxiu’s published processes and platform rules:
7.1 Do not obtain services through unauthorized channels or methods.
7.2 Do not exploit loopholes, abuse privileges, engage in black-market activities, or violate good faith principles.
Violations may result in revoked benefits, service termination, and liability for all losses.
8. Service Period
8.1 Your subscription term begins upon payment and is visible via account login. It will not be extended for non-use. Upon expiry, services (including complimentary offerings) cease. Auto-renewal extends the term if activated before expiry. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time during the current term.
8.2 Subscription durations vary:Monthly = 30 days, Quarterly = 90 days, Annual = 365 days, 2-Year = 730 days, 3-Year = 1095 days
Note: iOS auto-renewal terms align with natural months/years.
8.3 Subscription terms include reasonable downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or third-party disputes. Eqxiu is not liable for such periods or related losses but will minimize disruptions.
9. Copyright Protection Fund
To mitigate legal and financial risks from copyright issues, Eqxiu offers a "Copyright Protection Fund" (CPF) for eligible members. If included in your subscription, you may claim compensation within agreed limits.
9.1 Coverage Period
Monthly = 30 days, Quarterly = 90 days, Annual = 365 days, 2-Year = 730 days, 3-Year = 1095 days, coverage begins upon activation and ends at subscription expiry.
9.2 Coverage Amount
The CPF resets annually (non-cumulative). Multi-year subscription receive annual fixed limits; excess liabilities are borne by the member.
9.3 Eligibility
- Infringement Incident: A third party alleges copyright infringement during valid CPF coverage, confirmed by authorities (e.g., court rulings).
- Liability Determination: Legally mandated compensation within CPF limits and timeframe triggers payment.
9.4 Limitations
- Scope: Covers non-malicious use of authorized platform resources. Excludes unauthorized uploads/downloads.
- Maximum Payout: Caps specified in the Copyright License Agreement. Excess liability rests with the member.
- Intentional Misconduct: CPF does not cover deliberate infringement (e.g., knowingly using unlicensed content).
- Validity: CPF applies only during the agreed service period.
- Notification: Members must promptly report potential infringements and cooperate. Non-compliance voids coverage.
9.5 Account Sharing
CPF applies to the primary account. Sub-accounts or additional copyright entities under the main account share the total CPF quota. Deductions are made from the main account’s balance for eligible claims.
Important: The CPF does not absolve members of copyright compliance obligations. Members remain responsible for liabilities beyond coverage limits or scope.
V. Fees and Cancellation
- Payment Methods
Eqxiu Subscription Service are paid subscriptions. You may complete payment using any of the supported methods provided on the Eqxiu platform.
- Refund Policy
Subscription services are digital products delivered after payment. Fees paid are for the purchased service and are not prepayments, deposits, or savings. Once activated, subscription cannot be transferred or refunded (except in cases of critical service defects rendering the service unusable or where refunds are legally mandated). Eqxiu expressly reminds you to verify account details, service content, pricing, and duration before purchasing (including auto-renewal).
- Changes to Fees and Payment Terms
Eqxiu independently determines subscription fees (including auto-renewal) based on operational costs and strategies. Adjustments (e.g., discounts, price increases) will be displayed on relevant product pages. If payment methods change during purchase or renewal, the methods supported by Eqxiu at the time of transaction apply. Continued use of the service (e.g., clicking "Agree," completing payment) constitutes acceptance of updated fees and terms.
- Auto-Renewal
Auto-renewal ensures uninterrupted service by automatically charging your linked payment account (e.g., third-party payment platforms, bank cards) before your current subscription expires. This requires an active auto-renewal subscription and a valid payment method with sufficient funds.
4.1 Billing Cycle
Options include monthly, quarterly, annual, etc. (as specified by Eqxiu).
4.2 Auto-Charge Rules
(1) By enabling auto-renewal, you authorize Eqxiu and its payment partners to deduct fees for the next billing cycle without re-verifying passwords, SMS codes, or other credentials.
(2) Auto-renewal remains active indefinitely unless explicitly canceled.
(3) If not canceled, Eqxiu may attempt repeated deductions within a period after expiry, even if your account lacks sufficient funds.
(4) Successful payments activate the corresponding subscription term.
4.3 Cancellation
- To cancel, follow Eqxiu’s specified process. Note:Auto-renewal status updates may display delays.
- No refunds or compensation will be provided for deductions processed before cancellation is finalized.
VI. User Conduct and Breach Handling
- Prohibited Actions
While using Eqxiu Subscription Service, you must not:
1.1 Modify service content, duration, payment amounts, transaction status, or other data through unauthorized technical means;
1.2 Share or provide subscription benefits to others via unauthorized methods (e.g., transfer, gift, sell, or assign);
1.3 Resell, transfer, or redistribute any part of the subscription services without explicit authorization;
1.4 Engage in any other unauthorized, illegal, or harmful actions that violate this agreement, laws, regulations, regulatory policies, or infringe upon third-party or Eqxiu’s legitimate rights and interests.
- Breach Consequences
If you violate applicable laws, regulations, or this agreement, or harm Eqxiu’s reputation or interests, Eqxiu reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions at its sole discretion:
2.1 Enforce specific terms of this agreement if applicable;
2.2 Immediately and without notice restrict/revoke account privileges, remove/block relevant links or content, or limit service access to mitigate harm;
2.3 Suspend or terminate part or all subscription services without refund or compensation;
2.4 Hold you fully liable for compensation for any losses incurred by Eqxiu or its affiliates, requiring payment within the timeframe specified by Eqxiu.
VII. Service Suspension and Termination
- Circumstances for Suspension or Termination
The suspension or termination of services may occur under the following conditions:
1.1 At your request;
1.2 If you violate laws, regulations, regulatory policies, this agreement, or harm Eqxiu’s reputation or interests (as determined by Eqxiu in its sole judgment);
1.3 To comply with legal, regulatory, or government authority requirements;
1.4 To address urgent security risks to accounts or systems;
1.5 Force Majeure (including but not limited to hacker attacks, technical disruptions by telecom providers, government-ordered shutdowns, virus outbreaks, or other events beyond Eqxiu’s control);
1.6 Any other circumstances deemed unavoidable by Eqxiu.
- Handling Upon Termination
If services are terminated, both parties agree to the following terms:
2.1 Unused subscription benefits will be forfeited without compensation;
2.2 Ongoing transactions on the platform will be handled appropriately by Eqxiu;
2.3 No refunds for fees already paid, unless otherwise required by law or specified by Eqxiu;
2.4 If termination results from your breach, Eqxiu may hold you liable for damages;
2.5 Eqxiu assumes no liability to you or third parties, unless otherwise required by law.
VIII. Personal Information Protection
Eqxiu recognizes the utmost importance of your personal information and is committed to protecting it with the highest level of diligence. When you use Eqxiu Subscription Service, we employ technical measures and security protocols to safeguard your personal data.
IX. Notifications
To ensure you receive updates related to this agreement and subscription services, you agree that Eqxiu may notify you via:
- Website announcements
- Page prompts
- Pop-up notifications
- Message alerts
- Official account notifications
- In-platform messages
- Contact details you provided (e.g., SMS)
Notices are deemed delivered immediately upon transmission by Eqxiu. If multiple methods are used, the delivery time shall be based on the earliest delivery time among these methods. Notices may significantly impact your rights or obligations, so please ensure your contact information is valid and monitor notifications promptly.
X. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
- Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the jurisdiction of the defendant’s domicile.
- If any provision of this agreement conflicts with current PRC laws and is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.
XI. Miscellaneous
- The formation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement are governed by PRC laws.
- Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of clauses.
- Your acceptance of this agreement is deemed effective if you:
